DB Administration
Ready has developed a diverse array of software utilities to enhance process control administration and data acquisition. Emissions Monitoring
Ready Engineering possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience with Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) systems. From stack instrumentation to Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) to reporting, Ready Engineering can meet your needs.
Alberta Environment has released Part I of the 2006 Amendments to the Air Monitoring Directive, 1989 (AMD), making it mandatory for CEM users to report their data electronically.
Ready Engineering Corporation has developed an electronic reporting solution that lets you navigate the transition from manual to electronic data submission with ease. Ready eReport™ seamlessly collects, consolidates, and electronically transfers to Alberta Environment the required CEM data from your existing monitoring system(s) and reporting tools.
The result is a single-click submittal of your CEM report to Alberta Environment without the need to modify or replace your existing CEM system.

A key role of ProcessIT is the facilitation of data communication. This includes the fundamental infrastructure of physical switches, routers, and cable, and the secure design and configuration of industrial networks. More specialized are ProcessIT solutions that allow different technology platforms to communicate with each other and exchange data effectively:
- Legacy process control system communication with new controllers and process historians.
- Proprietary system interfaces to open protocol systems.
- Communication between multiple proprietary systems.
The ProcessIT group also serves a critical role in Process Improvement and Reliability Engineering. By combining our in-depth plant knowledge with sophisticated IT technologies we can bring data from the plant floor into the corporate boardroom. - Predictive or Condition Based maintenance strategies based on real-time process data.
- Analysis of long term patterns to identify potential process improvement.
