Are YOU Ready?

Ready is looking for electrical and control system engineering personnel, with a bent for business, at all office locations to further develop opportunities in Canada, the United States, China, Korea and Sweden.  Industry sectors include nuclear, fossil fuel and green power generation, biofuels, chemicals and fibers, mining, oil and gas, pulp and paper, and waste management.  Responsibilities include electrical engineering design, control system design and implementation, commissioning coordination and management, and startup support.

To be successful at Ready you will possess the following traits:

• You have a formal engineering credential with an interest or specialization in industrial electrical engineering, controls and instrumentation, or industrial information technologies.
• You are well suited to the unique challenges that consulting engineering provides.  In addition to possessing technical expertise, you can understand customers’ needs, recommend solutions, successfully implement solutions, and ultimately achieve customer satisfaction.  New customers come to Ready for our technical expertise, existing customers come back for our unparalleled ability to deliver this expertise and meet their needs.
• You have an interest in becoming an industry leading technical expert, or have an entrepreneurial attitude and interest in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• You are willing to travel internationally for extended trips to customer sites around the world.
