Tag Database Synchronization Utility

InTouch (after
the initial graphic conversion process) may involve the addition
of new tags to the Wonderware tag database. For customers
that use the Tag Synchronization feature available in the Bailey
Engineering Toolset, these modifications must be made to
the corresponding Bailey tag database on the Engineering Work Station
(EWS). InSync™ efficiently updates your Bailey EWS database.

Additions made to the InTouch database are reflected in the
Bailey EWS database.

The
database is error checked for duplicate tagnames and duplicate
hardware addressing. A report of all of the errors encountered
is generated.

Straightforward
setup and preparation. InSync creates a Bailey .DBF
file from a .CSV file exported from InTouch.

InSync
can be used to remove unwanted tags from the Wonderware database.
This feature is valuable for cleaning up a .CSV file exported
from InTouch before importing it into InSQL.

and easy configuration changes. InSync includes an easy-to-use
configuration file, which allows customization for each individual
application.
