	Following existing hardware, wiring and programming standards and practices reduces or eliminates the training requirements for the PLC maintenance staff. Using existing hardware standards also reduces the need to stock "one of" components, thereby reducing the customer's cost of stocking spare parts.
	Working closely with operating and maintenance staff adjusts the functionality to the site's way of handling the process and improves staff acceptance and buy-in. Automated Conversions: Ready Engineering is experienced in the automated conversion of GE Series 6 PLC ladder logic to GE Series 90-30 and 90-70. Our automated utilities do the bulk of the work and our skilled engineers manually complete the process in a way that accommodates the differences in instruction handling between the two GE PLC platforms.
